Do I need to upload PCS orders to use CONCIERGE?
No. MovingOrders never requires PCS orders for any feature. Self-reported installation and rank are all you need.
What happens when I hit the 300-interaction cap?
You'll see a clear notification and an option to add a Voice Pack ($4.99 / 50 interactions). Your session never cuts out mid-conversation — you always finish the current turn.
Can I use CONCIERGE on OCONUS orders?
Yes. OCONUS requests escalate automatically to the advanced model tier for OHA and SOFA guidance. Travel claims are priced at $14.99 to reflect the additional complexity.
How does human escalation work?
If the AI can't resolve your situation, CONCIERGE opens a handoff ticket in the Crew queue. A human specialist responds via secure message — typically within one duty day.
Is my conversation kept private?
All voice and text turns are processed through the X.R.A.Y. infrastructure with no PII retained in logs. Sessions are encrypted at rest and in transit.
